I totally dislike the phrase bye-polar. Does that
describe how you feel. NO it does not. You feel
depressed. One day you are down, very very
down and the next you are up very very up. Nothing
in between. Bye Polar describes the extreems
but not how you feel. HYPNOSIS can help and it has
had some great results. Give it a try contact me today.
IMAGINE FEELING GOOD EVERY DAY.

You will have at some time in your life read the Charles Dickens novel a Christmas Carol. Not only is it a fabulous iconic Christmas Tail. It is a graphic illustration of how depression can take control of your character and change you from a fun loving, life loving person into one without fun, without humility, without love. The hero or anti hero, Scrooge has totally lost his grip upon reality, his grip upon life. He lives a solitary existence, without companionship, without compassion, without love. He has forgotten how good life was ,warm, compassionate and loving.
In the cold of the night his life changes when he is visited by the three ghosts, who graphically illustrate his youthful and loving past. The failings of his grim present. His totally unbearable future. He awakes the following morning a changed man, a fun loving man, a man with humility, a man who admits his mistakes and makes amends. Living to a ripe old age respected by his pears and loved by his family.
The tale graphically illustrates how depression takes the love and joy from its victim. I see the three ghosts as his unconscious mind. Reminding Scrooge that he must change and start to live life as it should be, with enjoyment, humility and love.
IMAGINE LIVING YOUR LIFE WITH ENJOYMENT, HUMILITY AND LOVE. AS IT USED TO BE AND WILL BE AGAIN.
Depression is a word
Depression is a world
Depression leaves you lost
Depression drops you into a never ending black hole
You want to get help
But you can't
When you do
You wish you didn't
Depression leaves you numb
Depression leaves you no hope
Nothing to look forward to
Tears well in your eyes
Depression leaks out
Out into the open
